Cranberry-Raisin Steel-Cut Oats

1 cup steel-cut oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
Spray a small slow cooker (1.5- to 3-quarts) with nonstick cooking spray. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours. Serve with milk or cream, if desired.
