1 lb bulk breakfast sausage, browned and drained
2 cups diced and peeled potatoes
2 tbsp chopped onion
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp milk
Put all ingredients into a greased slow cooker, and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve with grated cheese and salsa.
